My son was pulled over on a random check and was found to have 2.8 cannibis reading after the blood test results came through. The thing is the police gave him his keys back at the police station so they were happy at the time that he was capable of driving safely. Today a summons has arrived but the date of the offence stated on the summons is a day later than the date on his specimen of blood, which he still has. Any comments please?
